5. Intellectual Property

All content available on PustakX, including but not limited to books, study material, practice questions, images, graphics, videos, logos, software, AI models, website design, and source code, is owned by or licensed to Shatarupax AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission from PustakX.

6. User Content

Any content you upload — including notes, assignments, questions, feedback, images, and documents — remains your property. By uploading content, you grant PustakX a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the content solely for providing and improving our services.

• AI-generated inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PustakX, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
